The B.I. was born from the imminent need to put into practice everything that we as professionals experience, study and learn in practice. We were born as a consultancy to serve a local company, and in less than 60 days we achieved results above expectations. We have seen that the combination of our skills in the areas of design, digital marketing, sales, technology, management and strategic planning is the knowledge that any company needs to position itself in the market and improve its results.
The initial squad was only 3 professionals, Ian, Wallace and Saul. Each of your homes, we were born in the digital, home-office and completely remote environment, in July 2018. We quickly adapted to this model and today we have professionals from North to South of the country, being Pará, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná and São Paulo. This allows us to have a "global" view of the Brazilian market.
Today moving towards the 5th year of activity, we serve customers from the north and southeast of the country, we mature, we deliver many results, we retain customers and we aim to go further. Always focused on the customer, we listen and learn daily, keeping our minds in the "teachable" mode, applying the Agile Marketing methodology on a daily basis and deep data analysis, we use technology as our partner and ally to delight customers who believe and enjoy the benefits of working with strategy and focus on results.
Saul is passionate about marketing, technology and innovation. He saw the beginnings of the internet developing, being an active user of Mirc (Who remembers? lol) to today's apps and social media. He has always been passionate about business and understands that a "teachable" mind is the way to constant growth.
His motivation?
Freedom! Believes that the business model of B.I. it is what can and should promote freedom to its collaborators, who usually call them partners.
Working from wherever you want, being self-managed and multidisciplinary, an agile team that maintains performance in days, always with good humor and love, a lot of love for the daily routine.
His inspiration?
The disruptive models! The simplest and most well-formulated ideas solve great questions of humanity. And of course, God, family and friends will always be the biggest reasons for daily inspiration and constant search for excellence.
A fun fact?
Despite having grown up in a big city, what he loves most is being with his family and friends on the beach or in a place that provides contact with nature, whether simply watching a sunset, enjoying a roasted fish washed down with lots of laughter and good humor.
Dayane Batista
Designer
The day-to-day?
Dayane is a graphic designer and Performance Media student. Always willing to learn new techniques and new knowledge, she is an active user of social networks. Always on the lookout for new trends.
Her motivation?
Always do the best for customers and their business. I am always concerned with the details, because they make all the difference in the final result. My motivation is always to be able to convey the essence of the client.
Her inspiration?
See how design can make a difference even in the smallest details of our daily lives. The way colors, shapes and typography are used and applied in a way that stirs our sensations and feelings.
A fun fact?
It started in communication through the events of the Catholic Church. Loves Disney movies, novels and football, in love with Vasco da Gama. It is nicknamed an ant because it cannot see a candy that attacks.
Adriel Borges
CTO & DESENVOLVEDOR
The day-to-day?
As a CTO, I Developing and executing technology strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision working closely with the executives, departments, and external partners to align technology initiatives with business objectives and facilitate effective communication across the organization. I leading and managing teams of engineers, developers, and other tech professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure projects are completed successfully.
His motivation?

Lead cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions. Wallace Alves
CMO & Digital Strategist
The day-to-day?
Wallace is the Agency's Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In addition, he is responsible for designing the planning and monitoring the entire execution of the strategic digital marketing plan for clients.
His motivation?
He likes the phrase "Money in your pocket, smile on your face". Therefore, he is doing his best to generate the best results for our clients through campaigns and marketing actions. This way, everyone is happy. :-)
His inspiration?
He draws from the old American marketers and copywriters of the past like Gary Halbert, David Ogilvy, John Caples and others, both for the technical and mental capacity to find the best way to convey a message more effectively.
A fun fact?
Communicates through memes. If you can express yourself with a Whatsapp sticker, why write a text, right? 😄
